Take Two

Monday night we finally heard when Jaxon would be leaving for his mission. Wednesday the 15th at 5:00.

Monday night we had family home evening and we asked Jaxon what he wanted to do for his last night together. Tuesday night everyone had young mens or work or both. Jaxon chose to play 4 square. He played it a lot in the MTC and he really liked it. He wanted to show off his awesome 4 square skills to us.

So...
It is January. It is freezing. And dark.  Our choices were in our basement or in the garage. The "square" was not very square like and it was dirty and lots of mess all around. But we got to play 4 square with Jaxon. It was really fun. And cold.

Wednesday he packed up and we were off.

These pictures are very Jaxon.

Then after an adventure of wrong roads and construction, we got to the airport.

Then I had to say goodbye again. So not fair. It is miserable.   Then I watched him leave!

Good luck Elder Bartlome!
