Bartlome Reunion

We went to Zion Ponderosa for this year's Bartlome Reunion. We all pitched in (with a lot of extra help from Andre's parents) to rent this "cabin" for a weekend. This is just outside the east entrance to Zions National Park.

Another fun thing was the hot tub.

A few of the uncles rented these golf carts for the weekend and the boys had a blast. Especially when they let the boys drive!

There was lots of game playing of course.

And exploring.

We went on a little hike.

We discovered a ping pong table in the garage.

It was fun to play with cousins.

There was a lot of hanging out on the deck and visiting with the family.

There were 7 bedrooms. Every family got one room and the extra people just found a place. There was a bunk room that could sleep 10-14 people and there are my boys in that bunk room.

Here are my boys on a hike. They went on a pretty long hike with a bunch of family but at the end it was just Andre, Jax, and Alex.

There was a pool there and lots of fun was had. There was lots of climbing on and wrestling

We are also missing all of Zig and Teresa's family. They could not make it- we missed them. 

Here is everyone! I don't think we have had a family picture since Marci's wedding 16 years ago.

The ranch had a little rodeo so we went to see it.

Then the next morning we said goodbye to everyone. 

The Ranch had a lot of activities that cost extra. We told our kids that we would not be doing them because we had already spent enough money on everything else. Well, right when we arrived, a lady walked up to us and asked we wanted their activity tickets because they were leaving and had extra. There were 3 of them. Perfect! So the kids got to pick an activity after all. 

Jaxon chose the Zip line (I don't think any of my kids had done that before.)

They went out to that ladder thing in the field.

You could go really high and do a lot of flips and stuff.
