In case you care what we are doing...

I am kind of wondering if I am going to keep using Blogger. Some of my blogs in March and April have problems that is Blogger's fault. The pictures have disappeared. I keep hoping they come back. I may have to re-do them. But I hope this does not become a thing.
-And... they fixed it, so nevermind...

Trampoline! We almost got rid of our trampoline last fall. The boys are hardly ever on it and it ruins our grass and other stuff.
Chase wanted us to keep the trampoline for this year. So we did.  But then, he hurt his knee and can't jump. We decided to get rid of the trampoline. If he wants one when he is older, we can talk about it.

Chase went out and walked on the trampoline to say good bye to it.

I had the boys go on the tramp for the last time. Tanner was bored.  Alex was done after 3 minutes. These are the same boys that would spend hours on the tramp together a few years ago.

Chase wanted to jump but he couldn't.

We gave our trampoline to some neighbors. It was not too far so we kept the jumpy part together and carried it to their house. The hardest part was getting it our of our yard.

 It was funny to see.

Here is our trampoline area. The grass really struggled under the tramp and we really couldn't move it a lot because our yard is not wide enough.

My sister Joanna got kittens!! These two boys were excited to go with her to pick up the kitties. The were in heaven.

It was so fun to play with them. The drive down to Santaquin and back we talked about names. Joanna picked Frankie and Finn.
We have been over to Joanna's house every other day since then so we can see those cuties. They love to play. One of my boys said that it has really helped them during this quarantine to play with the kitties. He felt refreshed.

We also had a game night with Joey and playing with kittens.

Another one of our projects has been working in the yard. I have weeded and weeded and weeded lately. But no pictures thankfully.
This is the day that we picked all the dandy lions in our yard. Like so many. We filled up 5 buckets full of them. The next day there were tons growing again.

We need to repaint our deck. So we have been scraping the old stuff off for weeks.

We are putting a big above ground pool in this area. It is the flattest part of our yard. So we dug out the path in this area. I don't really like this path. But it is there and it is a lot of work to take out so I have not removed it yet.

There were millions and millions of ants under these particular stones. We had to check them out and spray them.

Spring!!
Then another day they dug up a lot of the roots that are above ground up here. There are too many roots in our yard.

We took out a few more stones from the path.

Andre cut off his beard. He had a goatee for a few days.

Then he had fun cutting it weird. This is a goatee with no mustache.

Chase requested this cut. He called it a chinstache.

Then just a little bit left. This is actually called something and I forgot what.

Sunday we went on a drive to Suncrest. If you are on this side of the mountain, you can see Salt Lake Valley.

Then you drive for 1 minute south and there is an overlook to see Utah valley. It was kind of cool. And COLD. We did not stay long.

Fire pits and smores are good.

Gotta protect our fire from the evil golf course sprinklers.

FHE project. Tie Dye!  First we tied the shirts up with many rubber bands and then changed into clothes that could be ruined.

Then we put the stuff on.

After a whole night of soaking, then we rinsed the dye out. It took a lot of time to get the dye out.

Then you undo them. Look how cool these are!!

Here are three of them (during yard work)

Tanner has been working on this bench. We got it as something left by the previous owners of our FIRST house. So we have had it for over 21 years. It was so old and rickety. Tanner just decided to take it apart and fix it. So awesome.
