Vacation: the end

We were in Omaha and we needed to be in Denver before the next morning at 10.
We drove for 8 hours across all of Nebraska and lots of Colorado on that Wednesday. 

We got in the RV and one minute after we left, Tanner begun throwing up. This was not car sickness. He had been feeling weird that morning but thought he could power through it. But Sickness overcame him. 

He was sick and super dizzy all day. Once his stomach was empty, if he kept his eyes closed and did not move- he was ok. It was super sad but, if he was going to get sick this was a good day for it since he wouldn't miss anything.

There were so many bugs killed by us on this trip. This is only the rear view mirror.

We had a shuttle to the airport. 

Where we sat for 4 hours. Our original tickets said 6:30 instead of 4:30 so we were happy for that change. We got a wheel chair for Tanner so he did not have to walk through the whole airport. He was still dizzy. We bought him some Dramamine which helped a little. 

Then we flew home. It was a quick flight.

We got home about 7 maybe? I don't remember. My mom had made us some food to eat (best mom ever) and we went to bed. It was so nice to sleep in a bed that when you turn over it did not make the whole family bounce around. I slept really well. 

What a great trip. Hopefully the kids had fun, hopefully they learned a lot and gained some patriotism and gained a knowledge of this church they belong to. 

We learned of so many people who heard the gospel and immediately changed their lives to follow the Savior. This is what we want for our kids. To follow their Savior- Jesus Christ. We hope that these experiences will strengthen them so they will be ready to make right choices and be men who learn through their challenges and put the Savior first in their lives.
