We were at the very southern part of Oregon and there are some redwoods growing there. So we went to explore them. There was a hike that had a pamphlet that taught you things as you walked. We had fun reading it like we were the tour guides.
It was a fun hike, but I swear it was up hill both ways.
We just kept going up and up the mountain side.
Trees!
It was so pretty there.
After lunch we explored a little. we saw Arch Rock which we were told was something not to miss. It was nice, but not better than the stuff we saw on the beach the day before.
We tried to find Secret Bay. But it was too much of a secret. So we ended up at Lone Ranch Beach.
It was really nice to have some sun, but it was pretty windy.
Alex always loves burying himself.
Chase loved playing in the driftwood, He loved hitting everything with a stick.
It was really windy so we got out the kite. This turned out to be a hit!
Of course, castle building is at every beach.
We took our netball thing. It is really fun on a beach.
Smores!
