We have had our table since we moved here 13 years ago. The table is still ok if you ignore all the scratches and stuff. But the chairs? Broken. We have 3 left, but they are not really stable.
We went to all of the furniture stores. It was exhausting and no one had exactly what we were looking for. But... then we found one we liked.
We spent a couple of nights putting it together.
And here it is! It is beautiful! I love it.
Summer is a time for crafts and projects and
making cookies.
July is also a time for camps. One day it was just me and Chase so we went to Nickelcade.
There was another day it was just me and Jaxon- so we went to Dennys for breakfast. No pictures of this.
We went to our friendly neighborhood reservoir and used our new boat that we got for Christmas. We love it. It is so much bigger than our old one.
We made more cookies
And played with marshmellows and toothpicks.
Joanna's birthday! We saw the Spider-Man movie and then out to dinner. Yummy Hawaiian food.
Game night!
Sundays tend to be Dungeons and Dragons days. My boys love to play with each other.
The 24th of July!
We decided to stay home and do fun things. Jaxon had to work. The other boys and Andre played Tennis and Cra Cra Croquet.
I stayed home and cut cheese for cheese day. Then we found out that Jaxon was working late so we could not have cheese day without Jaxon. So, put all the cheese stuff away, and went back to the store and bought stuff for a 24th of July BBQ.
We were going to go a few more places but they came soo hot and exhausted from the heat. So we just did some things at home.

I had my boys search for things on pinterest. They came up with lemon volcanos...
And homemade snakes. (did not work. We tried it twice.)
But... the sweetmilk shaved ice was wonderful!
Dinner we had Grandma and Joey over for dinner but I was banned from taking a picture that had them in it. Here are two of our dinner eaters that don't care about photos.
Then we went to our neighbor's house and hung out with friends until fireworks started.
Yea for the 24th!
Joanna has had the boys over a lot this month. Individually and all together. She is awesome.
It is so nice that Joanna has a pool.
We have gone to Seven Peaks a few times this month.
Then it was the day we have all been waiting for... Cheese Day!
I have a nephew who just got home from Holland, and a nephew who was just called to Wiconsin- so we had fun seeing that both places are cheese places. (Holland won the Gouda wars)
We invited our friends who like cheese too.
And of course, Joanna- who believes in Cheese day as much as we do.
Our neighborhood reservoir is closed for algae. We went out and found another reservoir to go to- just not too close to our house. East Canyon Resevoir.
We have this awesome boat, we must use it.
It was fun to hang out and play in the water.
The boat was big enough for Andre, me, and at least one of the boys, probably 2 small ones.
It was a beautiful day.
Chase got really cold so we had him take off his swim shirt. We didn't quite get sunscreen on fast enough and he was really sunburned.
Here he is- before sunburn.
