Hiking

We like to hike. I would like hiking a lot more if it did not always require going straight up a mountain. But it always does mean going straight up a mountain cause we always hike in the mountains.

We try to find new hikes. This one was Neff's canyon. I didn't even know that was there before. But now I do.

It had a great view of Salt Lake City. It looks kind of small.

According to the internet we were looking for a "small waterfall". But we knew that it was towards the end of the season so we might not find much of a waterfall.

We got to the end of the trail. We found this weird graffiti cement thing. No waterfall. The ground in the stream bed was damp, but no water.

After we were there for about 20 minutes we suddenly noticed that there was water in the stream bed! it only got a couple of inches deep but we still don't know where it came from. Maybe it is a spring right there?

We just explored the area and played around. These three boys wear those shirts every single Saturday. Those are the favorite shirts! Since they can't wear them to school, they wear them every time they can.

It's a cool hike.

The older boys were down the mountain super quick.
Happy Hiking!
