Summertime

Here are a few things we have done the last few weeks. School starts Monday and it will be a shock to my older boys who have done way too many fun things this summer.

Herriman Resevoir with some friends. Check out the clouds rolling in.

We had a downpour of rain so we ran to the cars for shelter. It stopped so we went back out to play. Then it started hailing. So we had to run for shelter again. It was funny. This is a picture of the hail coming down. It was sunny and the clouds had moved on by. That is the way summer storms are I guess.

We had a yard sale. I had it at my parents house so we could combine our junk and have a lot of stuff to sell. It was a lot of work. It was also really hot. So we were exhausted. The blue shade thing was where Jaxon and Tanner sold drinks and chips and cookies and stuff. They had fun and earned a little money too.

This was the first day. We had a lot of furniture. We were so sad that we had to carry the rest all back to the garage and bring it all back out the next day. It was so much work.
The next day all the furniture was gone and we moved the boys drink stand. I am putting this in my blog because it was a huge part of our summer. Thousands of trips up to my parents house, lots of cleaning our house finding all the junk we didn't want anymore, and then the actual days of the sale.

I took the boys to the Museum of Natural History
We joined a totum pole.

Family reunion!

Meeting brand new baby nephews. I love this picture of his tummy. His mom (Andre's sister) is behind him.
We had a downpour this day too. The kids had fun running around in the rain.
